Welcome! This is your personal server for the Unix & Genome Bioinformatics module.
First, install and familiarise with SSH - you will use it to cotrol this server using the terminal. You can find a short documentation here.
You will find three links below.
The first link is to a page that lists the contents of your ~/www/tmp directory (here ~ means your home directory). Any file or directory that you add to ~/www/tmp will become visible on this page. We will use this to inspect HTML output of certain tools during the practicals.
The second and the third links are to IGV and Rstudio applications. We will use them in practicals 4 and 5 respectively.
