Message: Failed to connect, submit log file from support menu #TR-1996
Resolution: Please click on the Menu button (Top left of window), click Support, enter your email address and a short note about the issue, make sure that "Send Log file with support request" is checked, then press Submit, You will receive a message once the support ticket has been submitted.
One of our support center staff will be in contact with a resolution to the issue shortly.
Message: Please logout, close the app, login again
Resolution: Please click the Menu button (Top left of window), click Logout. Once you have logged out, please close the application using the Red x at the top right of the window, then open the application and login again.
